📍技能要求：

📍職責：

• 設計並開發符合品牌形象的高質量網頁
• 與開發團隊和其他設計師協作，確保設計的順利實施
• 進行網站性能優化（如圖片壓縮、代碼精簡等），以提升用戶體驗
• 保持對設計趨勢的敏銳度，確保網站設計符合最新標準
• 根據用戶反饋和測試結果進行持續的改進和更新

📍基本資格：

• 平面設計、網頁設計或相關領域的學士學位，或同等工作經驗
• 至少 2 年以上的網頁設計經驗，參與過電子商務網站、行銷頁面等項目，具備獨立完成項目的能力
• 熟悉 HTML、CSS、JavaScript 等前端技術
• 具備良好的溝通能力，能夠清楚地表達設計想法，並能與技術和非技術相關方進行有效溝通
• 熟悉使用設計工具如 Adobe XD、Figma、Photoshop 或 Illustrator

• 有 Webflow 使用經驗者將優先考慮；如果沒有，需願意學習和掌握該工具
• 有 UI/UX 設計經驗者優先
• 熟悉 SEO 最佳實踐者優先

We are looking for a web designer with extensive experience in web design, including projects such as e-commerce websites and brand showcase pages. You should be proficient in using various design tools and techniques to create high-quality websites. As our web designer, your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining websites that meet modern standards (such as responsive design and accessibility) and user requirements. We are looking for an individual with creative thinking, design skills, and a strong interest in emerging technologies.

• Design and develop high-quality web pages that align with brand identity
• Collaborate with development teams and other designers to ensure smooth implementation of designs
• Optimize website performance (e.g., image compression, code minification) to enhance user experience
• Stay aware of design trends to ensure websites meet the latest standards
• Continuously improve and update designs based on user feedback and testing results

📍Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of web design experience, including working on e-commerce websites, marketing pages, etc., with the ability to complete projects independently
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design ideas and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator

📍Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Webflow is a plus; willingness to learn and master the tool if not familiar
• UI/UX design experience is preferred
• Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
• Ability to adjust design styles based on client needs and market trends
